supplies us with organic violet

tomatoes. One of our Scottish friends has found
us taramasalata (coloured with beetroot juice).Organic

DAIRY
Organic milk - direct from
farms in Devon and Cornwall, unlike the rest it's lightly
pasteurised never homogenised because we really want you
to taste the difference!

MEAT, FISH & POULTRY
Meat & Poultry
- always organic British and produced to the highest
ethical specification. We use specialist farm suppliers
from Wales, Somerset and Cornwall.
Fish - Jamie, the piscatorial
surgeon has over 30 years experience in the fishing
industry based in Cornwall. His fish come from Looe,
Brixham and Newlyn. He buys day boat fish only, where
the boats leave early in the morning and return on the
evening tide.

- Ginny's Pimhill organic farm oats are grown and rolled
and packed on the farm ensuring our porridege and muesli
tast the best. For that healthy but decedant touch,
you should also try Mini Magoo's blueberry muesli.
